FCC Scottish Action Fund offers grants of £2,000–£40,000 to not-for-profit organisations for projects eligible under the Scottish Landfill Communities Fund (SLCF). Funding supports:
- Land Reclamation: Restoring land for economic, social or environmental use
- Community Recycling: Local recycling, reuse and waste prevention projects
- Public Amenities: Creation or improvement of parks or public spaces
- Biodiversity: Conservation of habitats or species
- Historic Buildings: Repair of publicly accessible historic or religious sites
