FaRiG Graeco-Roman Period Small Grants

FaRiG, a registered English charity founded in 2000 by John Wilkinson, gives grants to Georgian scholars living and working in Georgia for their research in the humanities and assists in the publication of the results outside Georgia. It provides annual research grants, an annual essay prize and some small grants. This scheme, endowed in memory of Gogita Tsetskhladze, is for costs to be incurred by Georgian scholars in research relating to archaeology and history of the Graeco-Roman period in the Greater Caucasus and Black Sea region up to AD 700. Grants, for up to a maximum of £600 or equivalent are for focussed purposes within the general scope in the previous sentence.
