With many Art Deco objects now reaching their 100th birthday, it is not surprising that many of them are feeling the effects of their age and are beginning to deteriorate. ADSUK believes that it is not just the buildings of the period which should be preserved, there are items which represent the style or principles of Art Deco which should also be saved. We know that with rising costs and limited incomes, the heritage sector is often in need of financial support.

In response to this we have created the ADSUK Conservation Grant. This grant will provide a museum or heritage group with up to £500 to help them pay for conservation costs of a specific object in their care. The object can be anything from the early twentieth century which has strong Art Deco features. With Art Deco covering such a broad range of mediums, any object will be considered.
